Construction projects are like a 1000 piece puzzle. Seeing the pieces scattered on top of the table and bringing the experts together to lean in and bring what looks like chaos into focus, is what drives me. Team communication, collaboration and trust are key factors to excellent outcomes.
As founder of The Bridge Group I am a third generation construction entrepreneur. I grew up in this industry. I was born to do this work and am honored to leverage my experience to improve the lives of older adults living in senior communities.
I am excited to lead a team of passionate construction professionals dedicated to being good stewards to the senior living industry. We look forward to meeting you and your residents someday soon. We are rooting for you.
I am the proud husband to my wife Danielle and father to our 5 and 2 year old children. Everything I seek to accomplish is to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and create a legacy for my family.

Construction and management have been a major aspect of my life for over 5 decades. My father is an Architect and I grew up fascinated with the challenge and complexity of construction and design. I remember visiting his office, joining him on construction sites and helping perform multiple renovation projects.
My earliest memories involved a master plan for an elaborate underground living complex my friend Tommy and I drew out on paper. We implemented our plan by digging multiple holes in the common space of the apartment complex we lived in. Unfortunately, the project was short lived due to the community maintenance team filling in our phase one “tunnels”.
Fast forward 50 years and I find myself a seasoned pro in the construction industry and still fascinated with the ever changing aspects and challenges. Construction Management affords me the opportunity to use my skills in problem solving, analytic reasoning and the development of meaningful relationships with clients, architects, engineers and owners.
The construction industry has always provided a very fulfilling sense of accomplishment in contributing services to owners and operators to increase property values, provide community, and transform spaces for optimal use.
Now, more than ever, my sense of accomplishment is heightened by being able to leverage my skills for our senior living clients and partners.
