1990’s Assisted Living and Memory Care Transformation

I love the 1990’s. Not just for the flannel and grunge music but because the majority of the senior living communities we work to transform where built in the 90’s. The renovation of this Assisted Living community, Monarch at Richardson was very rewarding. The staff were incredible to work with and the team accomplished the goal. This was a complete transformation.

On Budget

Worked with the client to get the scope of work in their budget and stuck to it.

On Time

Provided a digital project schedule in the owner portal and delivered upon it.

Communication

From daily reporting to weekly team calls we keep everyone from the community to the corporate office informed.
