The renovation project at Wyndham Court of Plano is one to remember. The transformation is simply stunning. The design changes literally transformed the spaces so much you didn’t know what was there before. 

High level scope:

This was a massive undertaking involving significant structural components and coordination between architect, owner and our construction team. Room changes, moving walls, installing massive structural beams, complete reconfiguration of MEP’s as well as adding new kitchenettes to 17 rooms on the second level which required us to core drill and run new plumbing. 

All while the building was open and occupied.
