The Bridge Group Construction, a general contractor for senior living communities serving Texas and beyond, is pleased to announce the promotion of CJ Oliver to Director of Operations. Oliver’s unique background has positioned her to excel in this new role, overseeing the operational excellence of the company.

It was with extraordinary pride that Oliver partnered with The Bridge Group at conception five years ago as Construction Manager, overseeing all construction projects and teams. Using her experience in construction management, real estate, and property management to the position, Oliver quickly became an asset for The Bridge Group.

Oliver came to the construction industry through an unconventional path. Spending the first decade of her career at Equity Residential, the fifth largest owner of multifamily properties in the United States, Oliver worked in operations and economic analysis. She was then tapped by FirstService Residential to head up the REO division comprised of institutional and individual investors. While acquiring undermanaged and distressed real estate portfolios which included commercial and construction loans, she recognized the value of furthering her education. This sparked Oliver to earn a degree in Construction Management, ultimately balancing her knowledge of construction, business, and operations.

Her leadership, combined with her proven track record of success, ensures that The Bridge Group will continue to redefine the landscape of senior living construction.
